By using Researchely you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Researchely helps you generate a market research brief and discovers potential research agencies from live public web sources, ranked against your brief. Agency listings are informational and are not endorsements.
3. Live search results & accuracy
Agency suggestions are generated from third-party public web results and automated analysis. We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or suitable. You are responsible for verifying an agency's credentials, capabilities, and compliance before contracting.
4. Introductions & your data
When you request an introduction and provide explicit consent, we process your email solely to share your brief with the selected agency, as described in our Privacy Policy. No introduction or data sharing occurs without your consent.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Researchely is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from any engagement with a listed agency.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
